- Stretch Jaw
Swing your shoulders down comfortably and lift them up with your chin pointing up. You should feel a stretch. Then shape your lips into a duck lip shape and stick out your tongue. Touch your tongue to both your upper and lower lips for five seconds. You must make sure that the chin is tense; because that’s how it will work. You can apply 1–2 times a day.
- Soften Laugh Lines
First of all, never stop laughing; because that’s the only way you can develop your cheek muscles. Press the cheek from the inside with your tongue to relieve tension in the muscles. Start drawing circles with your tongue from the part near the nose where the laugh lines begin to the lip. Clockwise and 5 times counterclockwise, you can do this on both cheeks.
- Sharpen Jowl and Cheeks
In order to make sagging cheeks look sharper, you should move both parts of your face to opposite sides, respectively. It should be a movement like your right teeth come over your left teeth. From the moment you start to feel the tension, you can stay like this for 10 seconds. A great way to stretch your skin. You can apply 3–5 times a day for best results.
